The Cincinnati West SC goalkeeper training program is under the direction of the CWSC Goalkeeper Training Director, Rod Fielden.   Building on the past success of this program, Rod has developed a new format in which to better serve the developmental needs of goalkeepers of the club.

This program is designed to instruct, challenge, and identify players that wish to become better goalkeepers.  All goalkeepers, full time or part-time, are encouraged to be a part of this program. Coaches are encouraged to allow their goalkeepers to attend these sessions in addition to or as a part of their regularly scheduled practices.

The program is focused to meet the needs of all goalkeepers, whether they are experienced or new to the position. Each session all GK trainers will be present to instruct the group that attends. The staff will divide the players in a way to focus on their individual fundamental needs.

2026 FALL- GOALKEEPER TRAINING SCHEDULE:

LOCATION: Valley Junction Soccer Complex

COST: FREE (to current CWSC players), $150 for non-CWSC

DAYS: Fridays (**except Week 1 which will be on THURSDAY 8/13)

DATES: August 13th-October 16th

TIMES: U8-U10: 6:30-7:30pm  /  U11-U14: 7:00-8:00pm

WEATHER: Any cancellations will be posted on the homepage as well as we will send a message in the Coaches Group me and send out an email.  Weather cancellations are updated at 2:00 pm each Sunday.
