Please read "Recovering your imported account from Stack to Demosphere" before you try to register.

It is extremely important that you recover your imported account in Demosphere. (The tryout instructions below explain how to do this)

This is important for several reasons; the account contains prior information that will shorten registration time, it will reduce duplicates in our system, and will contain rolled over Age/ID Verification status for players (You will not have to upload a new Proof of birth).

When you get to the log in screen input the User ID/(email) you used in Stack and click the forgot password link. See below.

If you played for CWSC last year and you forgot your username please email Julie at cwsc.webmaster@fuse.net and she will send it to you.  She will need your child's name, year of birth, and team name or head coach name.

Due to the Governors restrictions on public gatherings, we do not have a schedule.  If restrictions are lifted our schedule will be posted here.  If restrictions allow for small gatherings your child may be invited to a small tryout session.  You will be contacted ASAP if any of the above occur.

From East (downtown Cincinnati) take Route 50 (River Road) for approximately 15 miles at the end of the bridge Turn left into Valley Junction Rd. (If you pass the Kroger on the right you went too far)

I-275 or I-74 west to I-275 south exit #5. Take I-275 south to the Kilby Rd. exit #21. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Kilby Rd. Kilby dead ends into Route 50. Turn left on route 50. After making the turn onto Rt 50 turn right onto Valley Junction Road. (about 30 yards). The field is on the left. All parking is at the south end of the complex.

What is the plan for CWSC Tryouts?

Due to the extension of the State of Ohio’s stay at home through the end of May, our tryouts will look a little different this year.  Coaches have been evaluating their players throughout the Fall/Winter/Spring and have been communicating with the other coaches in their age group, as well as the club's directors, about player placement. We have also altered our tryout application for non-CWSC players, to have a better understanding of where those players would fit in our program.

We hope everyone is doing well during this unprecedented time.  We want to let everyone know what to expect with our Club Tryouts for the 2020-2021 season. As you can imagine, with all of the restrictions by the State of Ohio, tryouts will look a little different this year.
