CWSC admin can take care of these for all Leagues, just follow the instructions for CPL and TPL.  If you'd rather go straight to your league, follow your league's instructions below.

FOR CPL, AND TPL:

• Complete the Voluntary Quit Form on the left.
• Return form and copy of Player Card cut in half, detail side up and clear (no glare).
• Club Registrar will email your roster when the Voluntary Quit process has been completed.

 

FOR BUCKEYE, OSSL, AND TOURNAMENT ONLY TEAMS:

• Complete the Voluntary Quit form below.
• Return form and copy of Player Card cut in half, detail side up and clear (no glare).
• Contact League to get revised Roster
