You will need to fill out the roster form below or send a copy of your roster, or a list of players names with Jersey #'s to Suzanne at Soccer village: suzanne@soccervillage.com

Please make sure your teams know your age division ex Boys 2006, they will need that information when ordering on the Soccer Village site.
