Player Transfer

If the Player is transferring from a CUSL club, the player is NOT to be entered into the

CUSL computer System as an original player they are to be entered as a transfer.

If they are coming from another league then enter them as an original player, Add the transfer player

to the CUSL website using the “Add a player when registration is closed” selection. 

(The player will not show up on roster) E-mail the Team Administrator and request that your 

Player Card be printed. The Administrator will need the Team Name, Number and Player name 

to complete this process. You will be notified when the card is ready for pick up.

For transfer player you will need: 

·    original player membership form/signed 

·    Old Player Card from previous team

·    New Player Card (signed, and with small picture glued on. head only) 

·    Transfer paperwork found at osysa.com under form

***If you have players from Indiana or Kentucky you must have the required 

forms their state associations granting them permission to play in Ohio South.

A copy of the Roster Change Checklist

(found on the website under Coaching Resources)

Follow their instructions for organization of paperwork.

Fill it out and drop it off at the club registrar’s house.
