The process is identical for each type of order (see below for process).  The critical item to remember is to allow for 4 weeks lead time as this is the agreement we have and obviously the more the better.  If anyone has any questions or problems please do not hesitate to contact Bill Moore.  

PROCESS:

1. Fill out the order form with sizes, numbers, customizations etc.. as needed.
2. Send to Scott Krajewski (skrajewski@sportsendeavors.com and copy me on the order ( bmoore12@gmail.com)
3. Upon receipt of the order Scott will review and contact the designated individual to confirm and arrange for payment.
   • Each team is responsible for the payment not the club.  They accept Credit Cards, Checks etc.. but Credit Cards work quicker as they have to get your check prior to shipping.
4. ES will process the order and ship to the designated address ready to go to the field.

 UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS: 

U10-U19:

• Home = Red Toque Jersey with Red Toque Short and Adidas Socks (U11-U19)
• Away = White Sereno Jersey with Red Toque Short and Adidas Socks

U8-U9

• Home = White Sereno Jersey with Red Toque Short and Adidas Socks
• Away = Black T-Shirt with Red Toque Short and Adidas Socks

Optional Items:

• Training T-shirt (3rd Jersey if needed) Black 
• Backpack, Duffel,
• Training Suit etc.. these are not required but we have arrange special pricing on these.

SIZING:

• Bill Moore has a set of uniforms for sizing.  Contact him to make arrangements to pick them up.
