New Coaches may be asked to participate in an interview with the Director of Coaching.

As a Cincinnati West coach you will be expected to comply with all CWSC procedures and rules, pay appropriate fees, comply with CWSC's philosophy and principles and support and participate in all CWSC activities, including coach meetings,  Soccerfest and Cup Tournaments, Try-outs, etc.

Further, as a Cincinnati West Coach, you will be expected to comply with and adhere to the CWSC Coach Code of Conduct, and you will be expected to assure that all players and parents adhere to the CWSC Player and Parent Codes of Conduct.

CWSC is committed to good sportsmanship and fair play, and our Coach's Code of Conduct.  It is unacceptable for any CWSC coach or trainer to receive a red card for misconduct or dissent in any match.  CWSC coaches will be disciplined by the club up to and including being removed, even permanently, from coaching within CWSC for the first offense, based on circumstances.

I understand that the Director of Coaching or members of his staff, will periodically evaluate my coaching and my team's performance and provide guidance and direction to my team and me as a coach. 

I will coach consistent with and will assure that training of players and team is consistent with the goals, priorities and guidelines
established by the Director of Coaching and CWSC.
